delegated legislation
perduotoji įstatymų leidyba statusas T sritis Politika apibrėžtis Konstituciškai įtvirtinta vyriausybės teisė priimti įstatymo galią turinčius teisės aktus; ją vyriausybei savo sprendimu suteikia parlamentas. Ši teisė įtvirtinta daugelio Europos šalių konstitucinėje teisėje (Austrija, D. Britanija, Ispanija, Italija, Prancūzija). Jai įgyvendinti nustatomos griežtai apibrėžtos sąlygos ir reikalavimai, dažniausiai susiję su deleguojamų ir nedeleguojamų įgaliojimų apibrėžimu (vyriausybės kompetencijos apibrėžimas šioje veiklos srityje), deleguojamų įgaliojimų terminų nustatymu (vyriausybės veiklos laikotarpis šioje srityje) ir deleguojamų įgaliojimų patvirtinimo (vyriausybės priimtų sprendimų patvirtinimas parlamente šioje veiklos srityje) taisyklėmis. Perduotosios įstatymų leidybos institutas labai sustiprino vykdomosios valdžios galias teisėkūroje. LR Konstitucijoje išimtinės parlamento prerogatyvos – įstatymų leidybos teisės – delegavimas vyriausybei nenumatytas. atitikmenys: angl. delegated legislation; delegative legislature
